Expanding production is always about ambition, new goals, and bold challenges. EASTPLAST is capable of realizing even the most ambitious production plans, which is why our regular customer from the Ulyanovsk region, who produces components for motorboats, contacted us without hesitation. The customer’s fleet already boasts two Plastron injection molding machines: the UJ/120 and UJ/160, which have been reliably performing their tasks since delivery. After reviewing the customer’s requirements for the new equipment, we decided to select a more powerful machine from the same brand and the necessary peripherals. In May of this year, the Plastron UJ/300 injection molding machine, with an injection volume of 861 g and a clamping force of 300 tons, was delivered to the production facility, along with a PAL-1P-D autoloader and a PHD-300 hopper dryer.
The equipment was successfully commissioned by EASTPLAST’s service department, which is our company’s standard service.
Plastron UJ series injection molding machines have long proven themselves as reliable and easy-to-maintain plastic molding machines. They also offer the best price-to-performance ratio in their class, making them the optimal solution for manufacturers of typical parts. The standard configuration includes a variable-frequency servo drive, which improves the overall energy efficiency of the production line. The Plastron PAL-1P-D autoloader is designed for feeding granulated raw materials at two points and is equipped with an RS-485 interface for data exchange with the controller. The PHD-300 hopper dryer has a capacity of 300 kg and a 15 kW heating power, ensuring efficient drying of raw materials in the volume required by the customer.
