Supporting the launch of a completely new production facility is a task that requires special attention and meticulousness. It was with this approach that EASTPLAST delivered several models of Plastron equipment for the production of suspended ceiling components in the capital of Mordovia. When selecting a supplier, the customer considered everything: the price-to-performance ratio and energy efficiency of the machines, availability in stock, availability of technical and technological consultations, support throughout the entire process, included commissioning, and customer feedback.
EASTPLAST always provides first-class service, and this project was no exception. In addition to the standard service package, we arranged a meeting for the new customer with an existing client who had been successfully operating similar equipment for several years.
The customer’s first injection molding machine was our own Plastron brand, model UJ/120, with a shot weight of 196 g and a clamping force of 120 tons. This model is ideal for molding standard parts that do not require special materials or particularly high requirements for the molded parts. Thanks to the integrated servo drive, the customer received a modern, energy-efficient machine, another selling point for Plastron. Compared to injection molding machines with a continuous drive, our machine saves up to 15-20% on energy. The manufacturer also purchased a PIC-3-8A chiller and a PCD-50HC “Three-in-One” dehumidifier with desiccant.
After the equipment was delivered to the customer, EASTPLAST’s technical service performed commissioning and provided operating training. Technical support remained in contact with the customer throughout this time, providing advice on any questions that arose. As a result, the manufacturer received a ready-made, turnkey production line. Want the same? Submit a request for equipment selection or a consultation; our specialists will contact you shortly.
